I like the ease of placing a service call on the web portal. I receive a call from a technician a few minutes later letting me know when they will arrive. They communicate what is happening with the machine. They offer helpful tips for using the machines.

Everyone on the UBEO team is always very helpful. The hold times are less than one minute, the prompt response and action of both the customer service reps on the phone and the technicians in person are outstanding. Alphonse is an amazing tech and we're so lucky to have him!

Everything was perfect. The machine has never worked as well after this visit. We did have to wait for parts, however that was not very long either.
