After working on this fax issue we discovered that the machine was working fine and there was a physical problem with the connection. I think a lot of Techs would have told me, "You need to call a Voice Tech" but the UBEO tech helped me troubleshoot and we quickly identified what had caused the interruption and we were able to easily fix it. That saved me a huge amount of time and made my day a little happier.
