Jim our tech is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful and gives great explanation of what service was provided for our machine to work optimally.

Service techs have been phenominal. They are smart, and understanding of our need to be operational.

Comparatively speaking, all of the UBEO personnel I have dealt with are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. That is certainly not always the case these days; so thank you !

quick and amazing customer service

Mike came out in terrible weather immediately, way faster than I expected, and fixed my issue and contacted the Help Desk to verify everything was correct. The issue was minor and I was so surprised that someone came and addressed it so fast.

Chris was very helpful and took the time to walk me around to explain all the equipment.

James was professional and polite @ all times. He took care of the (unusual) problem within minutes of arrival. Every Service Tech from Ubeo has always been top notch & I appreciate that they stay until the issue is resolved.
