Quick and reliable

The Tech, Bill, was very kind, great manners and explained thoroughly what the issue was. UBEO always sends out great techs and are very communicative.

Bill provided us with great service.

Showed me the issues with the printer, explained what would be needed to fix, and when he didn't have the exact part needed on his truck, ran back to the office to get it and was back in less than 30 minutes.

The efficient service from agents taking the service request call, to the quick completion of the work order of outstanding technicians with professional demeanors.

Very quick and professional.

He was extremely fast and very courteous!

We have been fortunate to have Julius from UBEO service our printer multiple times, he is always quick to respond and extremely professional. UBEO is lucky to have him on their team!

Will was so kind and funny. I've spent 26 years in the industry and have always had trouble with printers that never seem to get fixed. This is the first time it has been handled properly. I was impressed by the detailing and cleaning of the machine as well! So grateful for Wills help. It makes all of our lives easier as we rely on that printer for several positions. Thank you, Will!

We appreciate the quick response to our repair and ink cartridge requests.
