Great customer service across the board

Services tech arrived quicker than anticipated and was able to have us back up and running within minuets.

Service was polite and prompt.

The appointment was set and technician was unable to keep the appt and needed to be rescheduled. He did call and notify our office of this but the appointment was made at a time where our patient volume was low and would not further affect our office function. To accommodate this for 2nd appt, we had to reschedule 2 days later--this meant dealing w/ the issue 2 extra days. Otherwise tech was great, very polite, dealt w/ issue quickly and efficiently

I didn't have a very long wait time over the phone and when I was told a technician would come, they were at our space within 4 minutes of the call.

Sales was great, cust serv is great. No issues.

I was shocked at the simplicity of being able to request service, and actually have my equipment fixed and operational in less then three hours from the time of my call for service to repairs being made. Very courteous staff and extremely professional service.

John is very good and resolved the issues but the line has reappeared on copies and printing and have put in another ticket for John to return to clear up the issue.
