The quick response to our issue

I had two separate issues. The main copy/printer was down for over 2 weeks. It was the only one we had at the time and it needed new parts. The technician came out the first time I called and fixed it that day but it when down again the next day. When I called in to get an ETA on when it would be fixed the Help Desk told me the technician would contact me within an hour for information. I never received a call from the technician. It wasn't until my fourth call that I spoke to Donnie and the problem was solved in two days. I also ordered a desktop copy/printer for my office. That service was excellent! The technician arrived when he said he would and the experience was great.
