The technician was quick and efficient. He even took time to teach how to resolve the issue if it occurs again. He also arrived quickly. It took less than 24 hours to be contacted, and then the technician arriving.

Our main office printer (Ricoh MP 5055) had issues. So, it impacted everyone in the office. A technician quickly came out and fixed it the next day. Printer was back up and working with minimal down time. Thank you!

It was true copier was working great - I had more of a personal issue with the way the ink was being pressed to the paper on a special print job that only a perfectionist would notice. To my surprise UBEO took my issue very seriously and patched me on the phone with a technician who was so Awesome! and so Friendly! The technician knew exactly how to teach me to me to get into the copier settings and make the custom changes I wanted. AND IT WORKED. The thing I love about UBEO is if I have a question about the copier, UBEO always helps me and more than that, teaches me how to do it myself so I can return to upholding the rank of Office Copier King. Because of UBEO's quick assistance - people around the office still recognize my nobility.
