The technician sent to deliver our printer and then come back the next day to complete the set up was awesome. Great service!!

I was contacted by the technician I believe 30 minutes after I put in the request. He offered to take a look at the copier instead of having me troubleshoot. He was very attentive when he was here, and I could tell he was very thorough and took his time. He even talked to me and explained possible issues with my copier. In the end I was very satisfied with his work and overall friendliness.
