Prompt service, no nonsense and the service tech even changed a setting on our fax program we didn't even mention.

The Service Tech was very nice he finished the job quickly the quality of his work was very good.

Everyone is ALWAYS SO NICE AND SUPER HELPFUL! You all always go over and beyond what is expected and your service is greatly appreciated!! However, I was contacted about a price change and told the updated information would be faxed to us because we weren't advised. also, that due to the miscommunication as a courtesy we were to receive the items that increased in price (toner) at the prior rate, and it was being sent. I then never received any fax with updated info, nor did I receive the 2 toners at the discounted rate. Hoping this will still be done and if we fell thru the cracks again, then will be corrected immediately and sent.

The service tech is very familiar with our equipment and us. He is polite and always willing to work with us to determine our problems and getting them fixed quickly. We like that we get the same techs to help us over and over again through the years.

Javier was very nice. He located the part to fix my printer and drove to pick it up and came back the same day to fix the problem

Phone service was friendly and issue was resolved promptly. Work load was not impacted.

All questions are answered timely, accurately and patiently I had an issue with the color count. No one could figure it out over the phone. A tech called and scheduled am appointment to come to the office. Upon his arrival, I asked several questions and gave him examples of the items that I print in color. He identified the issue within a minutes. It was a training issue.
