The help desk associate that I spoke to was prompt, courteous and was efficient with handling the issue for our printer. The issue was solved within a great timeframe as well.

You always come to help us out when we have problems. Great customer service.

fixed the problem and let me know what to do next time of occurrence, in my profession, with others attached to me, it's imparative that my printer work. If not, it really throws our whole system off and causes teachers to have to quickly improvise and redo plans already made. Teachers are EXTREMELY great at doing that but it does add stress. So taking one thing "off their plates," is valuable to our world in our setting. So the promptness is very very much appreciated.

Excellent Service as usual!

Overall, he did an Awesome job! He had initiative, patience, understanding, and went beyond expectations.

Since we have had our Ricoh copiers we have had minimal issues with all three of the machines in our office. If an issue occurs Ubeo dispatches a technician quickly to fix the issue. Both the phone staff and the service technician are proffessional and prompt in their work. Great company!

Always prompt and respectful. Goes above and beyond when he can
