The fast acknowledgment of service requests, and communication on tech lead time is wonderful. I no longer have to blow smoke rings while promising users that help is on the way. Also the patience dealing with naggy user issues has been exemplary.

I would definitely recommend UBEO if asked. The issue with our copier was pulling multiple pages through the top feeder at one time. It took replacing parts more than once - that slowed us down a bit, but you guys did a great job and it is fixed.

The help desk is very understanding and helpful, without getting frustrated.

Support was over the phone by a tech after initial call. Tech was very helpful setting up the printer and scanner on a new laptop.

We never have any issues with getting our toner on time, and having our wonderful Tech, John Wardlaw, coming out making sure are printers are cleaned and working as they should. John Wardlaw always does an amazing job when he comes out.
