As always, we appreciate the promptness and resolutions to our issues.

Randy, our technician, is so helpful! He fixed our issues and spent a little extra time showing the clinic how to use some of our copier features. He was patient and very supportive. He does a FANTASTIC job and has been our technician for years. We appreciate having the same friendly face.

Ubeo has saved us money and has had excellent customer service.

Was very quick to arrive and cleaned the machine! Thank you.

Technicians are prompt and always kind. We worked with one on the phone and one came to the office. Both were courteous and so helpful!

The tech called prior to being dispatched to update me on the time of arrival, efficient, great customer service skills.

Quick response times, friendly and knowledgeable technicians.

Every time I have called, I was satisfied, with the solutions given, also the rep was able to give me written instructions.

We typically always have the same technician, Jonathan and he is always extremely nice and professional. If he can not fix the problem that day he is always ordering more supplies and coming back as soon as we get them. Very reliable and helpful!

Friendly service
