The technician came to us within a few days and it took him almost no time to fix our issue.

Honestly, I was amazed. My call was answered within a single ring, and a technician was dispatched immediately. I'm used to being placed on hold to schedule something later in the week with most other services, so this was a shock. I'm very happy that there was a space for me to write my comments here -- I never respond to surveys, but felt compelled to given the excellent service I received from both the person I spoke to over the phone and the technician. I wish I could remember their names so that I could give them personal commendations. I don't mind if you use my comment in marketing efforts, but would prefer if you reached out to me first through email, and omit my last name in your materials.

When we request service, we typically get the same technician each time. It's really comforting to have a familiar face come into our office and be familiar with our past issues. He is always knowledgeable and typically gets us up and running very quickly.

The promptness and politeness and knowledge of the staff

We had an issue whereby we thought it was the scanner software. The IT Help Desk tried to resolve our issue but felt strongly it was not a UBEO issue, but an issue on our end with our mail exchange. The UBEO tech contacted our IT for us and after they discussed some issues, turns out it was in fact an issue on our side. I had called UBEO three times that day and each time they worked tirelessly to help us get it resolved!

Always provides excellent service. When tech left it was making colored copies great. Later that afternoon it began to have a different issue. I was able to email him and he advised a couple of things I could try if those did not work he would be more than happy to check on it the next morning. Not only was I surprised that I was able to email him he actually responded very quickly. He came by and let me know it was a separate issue. He opened up the additional ticket/call for this on his own.
