Christian, the on-site technician, came in and solved not only the issue I had that initiated the call, but a print issue I had been experiencing. He explained how that particular problem presents itself as the machine ages, and what was necessary to correct the problem. I was able to get the job printed that was waiting on the repair, and it printed in a much higher quality than it would have had Christian not been there to service the machine. He explained everything as he went along, and made sure I was satisfied before he left.
