Art is always very nice and respectful. He always makes sure we know the problem was solved, and that we know what the problem was. He teaches us things we can do to figure out little problems, and tells us when not to do anything and call right away. Thanks Art.

Rick J. is a very nice and efficient technician.

Easy to use, friendly

I called in to make a service request, and within minutes, a tech reached out to me. He was very pleasant and let me know he would be in shortly. When he came in, he was happy to be here and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our issue and thanked us for being a customer. He also let us know to call if we needed anything else. Thank you!

Whenever I call for either service or supplies I always get the things I need in a timely manner.

Rick was here within 45 min of calling in a service request. He promptly addressed the issue, explained the situation and solution to me. We were able to resume printing diplomas within an hour of our printer having issues.
