Our tech rep Trevor is amazing. He calls to confirm a time. He will ask what the issues are with our equipment to anticipate if he will need to bring replacement parts so that he does not leave our equipment our of service till parts come in.

Tech always calls to give me an ETA and if it is a matter of walking me through a situation they are more than willing to help.

The technician noticed we were also low on toner and coordinated to have a toner delivered while she was here on site. She fixed our memory issue in our printer and replaced the toner while she was at it. Bravo!
