We appreciate the ability to call someone and get a quick response from someone who understands what needs to be fixed and can help me on a Mac platform.

John is our service Tech. He is awesome. He had to order a part but it was fixed within two days. He made sure I had another way to print while the other printer was down. John is awesome he explains in detail what and why he is doing something, he shows you the actual problem, then after fixing it, he makes sure you are happy and everything is working the way it should be before leaving. He is very professional, on time, and is very knowledgeable about the products.

I called UBEO for assistance with a copier. They didnt have anyone available at the moment so they scheduled a call back. I figured I would have to call back later that afternoon. I received a call back within a few minutes. UBEO has great customer service.

Technician was very freindly both over the phone & in person. He had a very positive attitude, and did exactly what he said he would. He had to leave to retrieve an additional needed part, and came back as he stated he would. He showed test copies once the machine was fixed, and told me to call if any other problems. The reapir process was quick, and effortless on my part.
