Thank you for always providing swift, and efficient repair services when necessary!

Very fast on responding and that is very important when running an office.

Randy did a great job for us regarding our scanning issues. Please give him our Thanks!

UBEO is always very prompt. This particular instance when it looked like our regular rep could not make it for the day, he actually scheduled someone else to come resolve our issue so we could be taken care of in a timely manner!

Everything was done quickly with ease. From calling the office, to getting a call back from the technician to help resolve the issue.

The service technician stays in touch updating on his location and how soon he'll be there, etc.
