Jonathan is amazing. He is very patient and always teaches me something. There is one machine that gives me trouble and he always helps me work through it. UBEO is amazing.

First of all Opal is a total joy to speak with. Clearly when I call it's because I have an issue and she turns my frown upside down and keeps me laughing. Javier is outstanding as always. He makes us look forward to getting our machine serviced. I was actually surprised he did that particular machine as he usually works on our Konica, however, I was delighted to see him and he had us in tip top shape in no time!

Jonathan was again fantastic! He arrived first thing in the morning after I placed a call at 6pm the previous day. He's alert and knocks out issues professionally and with a great attitude. No matter how odd or rare the issue, he's able to locate and fix it or find an acceptable alternative every single call (99% of the time the first visit unless he needs a part). He always asks if there are any other issues he can help with. This time there was, and he happily took care of it. Even if it's just patiently and calmly explaining in a way that isn't insulting to an impatient and distraught end-user that doesn't understand how they are actually causing the issue. He is, without a doubt, the best service tech our company has ever had, out of all the vendors we've been with through the years. Our account rep Dan Claterbaugh is great in his own right, but it's the service techs that we see more frequently just by nature, so they become the acting face of UBEO. Jonathan is an asset to the company, as someone that is dedicated and talented to help keep customers happy, productive, and long-term customers!
