Enrique is phenomenal and doesn't get frustrated with my lack of knowledge. This time it did take me calling a number multiple times with the first person to whom I was referred and I had to call help desk after two weeks to get another technician to help me.

It took 4 different visits to figure out the issue with our machine. However, it now seems to be working well. Scott was very nice and professional during the whole process.
