The Technician was very professional and kind.

Any issues we have, you have responded to very quickly with no issues.

They worked fast and efficiently and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it.

Very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and solved the problem on the 1st attempt. So appreciated when you are a busy as we are. Thank you...

I regret that I do not recall the Help Desk person's name who assisted me, but she had a very pleasant tone in her voice, listened to my description of our issue and confirmed what she heard me say to ensure that she had the proper information for my call. Also, the gentleman who came out to service our machine kept me posted with a phone call as to his ETA for service. Once he arrived, he was professional. He completed the needed service, let me know what the issue was that cause our need to reach our to ubeo for service and asked me if there was anything else he could be of help with before he left. Thank you all very much!
