They came out at a reasonable time and he took the time to check the machine out. One of the paper trays was broken and he said that he will have to get another tray for the machine. But he was very professional and answered all our questions.

The gentlemen took care of business and were nice and professional.

Technician serviced the machine the day he showed up but we had a problem with a paper tray that had broken a support leg. He got a new one ordered and returned at the beginning of the next week with the replacement tray. We always get amazing service if there are any issues.
