Tech arrived within hours the same day I placed the service call, great service.

Responsive even after many service requests to fix ongoing issues. Professional. Sean is great. I like that the same technician is mostly assigned. This allows a continuum of service that would not be possible with multiple techs randomly dispatched. Technicians that come know history and unique use of this machine. Helps to not have to explain everything every time.

Everyone has a friendly yet professional attitude. I LOVE YOUR COMPANY! Always prompt and informative of any delays.

Tracy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was courteous and patient and took the time to walk me through step by step how to set up something for future changes. Five star service every time when I work with him!!!!

Tech gets out here in a timely manner. Always pleasant to talk to and fixes the issue.

The tech thoroughly dusted and cleaned the entire copy machine. He went through the machine better than anyone else that has been here. He saw that the glass was dirty and cleaned it, but then went and cleaned the entire machine for us.
