Quick and resolved the issue in a timely manner...

Technicians are competent and service is completely in a reasonable timeframe.

The tech was off the charts fast! So fast that he must know the future because he showed up before I even received a response to my service inquiry from the main office! Do UBEO techs see the future? ...or maybe they are so good that they stop by accounts nearby their other service calls just check on things and happen to appear exactly when needed! Simply awesome.

Quick and easy to get in contact with someone to help.

your promptness in all our issues that I have reported

Always professional and fix my issues

Well, Jonathan is an awesome technician. I was surprised to see him within the hour that I called with the problem that I was having with our copier. I am always satisfied with his work that he provides for our office.

Our tech (David) is always prompt, courteous and helpful! He always follows through until a solution is found and our printer is in good working order. David is a great asset to the UBEO team!
