Customer Service is great. Once you choose the option you need from the initial call, you get a live person who is attentive and listens to the nature of the service that is needed. Once a service call is placed, the service technician makes contact to advise of status and when equipment will be services.

José is very knowledgeable of his trade — with very few questions he was able to figure out the problem with the printer. He is very understanding of our needs and goes above and beyond to fix our printer quickly.

Every time I've contacted UBEO for service, a technician was at our site within the hour. The service is always outstanding and very professional. I would highly recommend UBEO.

The guy who came in to fix my problem was really professional. He knew what to do and he was very fast and efficient. As soon as he came in, he got straight to work and was done fairly quickly.

I arrived at 7:55 to open the office at 8 a.m. Your technician was waiting in the parking lot for me. Your technician got right to work, patiently spent time with me to explain what our office needed to do different in using the machine. And he never made me feel stupid during his teaching time with me. Thank you!

I appreciate the consistent communication from the technician whether it was by phone or email. Extremely helpful.

ERIC IS THE BEST!
