Jim is always on time, professional, thorough, and polite

Tech was very helpful and friendly. Everyone I have dealt with at UBEO has been amazing, makes my equipment problems carefree.

Very friendly technician! He told me each step what he was taking to fix my problem!

Fast and friendly service

I was impressed with 4 techs showing up to install! All of them were very professional and knowledgeable.

I requested asap service and got it!

THE TECHNICIAN NOT ONLY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM HE CLEANED THE PRINTER HEADS AND DID A OVERALL MAINTENANCE CHECK ON OUR UNIT.

Professionalism of everyone I interacted with. Technician provided helpful hints regarding the machine and what to expect as we reach 500,000 pages printed.

So far so good, the install of the new equipment went without a hitch and the old equipment is out the door also. We are also up and fully running as of the end of day yesterday. We will setup a training appointment with Curtis B. in the near future, once I gather some willing people to learn. Thanks.

The UBEO Team is always quick to respond and ready to assist whether it's ordering supplies, servicing equipment, or scheduling a maintenance visit. I'd especially like to highlight Riley and his professionalism and technical expertise. He is knowledgeable, personable, and takes the time to do quality work when on site. We appreciate the level of training UBEO technicians undergo, and the stellar service provided.
