The machine actually works and prints when I want it to which has been an issue in the past with previous machines, even after receiving tech servicing. I was told by previous services that I print too much, but I run a shipping department and I need to print many slips daily to pack and ship orders. Also Getting a tech out to me was literally so easy and fast, I emailed you and I had a tech out the next business day, AND he told me when he was coming, I didn't have to guess when he was going to show up or stick around waiting after my work was done to make sure someone didn't show up past hours.
