The quick response and Sean McFaul is the nicest.

Our service tech is always quick to respond and fixes the issue every time. Most recently he worked with one of our users to show them a better way to print their documents that helped them complete a specific project faster.

Our old company never sent a rep out to meet with us and see how things are going. Calling into the previous company was a nightmare and you guys are so easy to talk with. I was able to email my rep our issue and someone was out to fix it within an hour or two. The gentleman that came out was very nice and professional. He had everything fixed and tested quickly. Our previous company kept blaming us for issues with the copier that were clearly not user error. I have already recommended your company to the rest of our company.

What I REALLY like is how it appears you have made changes to where we have an "assigned" service technician. If it is coincidence that we always get the same one it is still pretty awesome! "Our" man Jose is great!
