Ray is always so detailed oriented and willing to explain at our level to help us out. He is very efficient, dedicated and hard-working, always with a smile regardless of the service call, he has a very quick turnaround time. Ray is courteous and super knowledgeable about the machines and always willing to help right away since we are an academic office and utilize the copier on a regular basis every day. He understands urgency and we appreciate him so much.
