After placing the service call I was contacted by a technician quite quickly. Upon talking with him, he recalled that he had dealt with this problem before at our office. He gave me instructions as to how to solve the issue and also his cell phone in case it didn't work. It worked perfectly and we've had no issues further.

Nate S. was very knowledgeable about our Ricoh copier and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the first visit. Jeff M. was a very good contact for setting up our account. Both of these gentlemen reflect highly for UBEO. I really look forward to working with them.
