John was the tech who responded to my call. We had to move to another building due to storm damage and John was here bright and early to make the move and make us operational again and also inspected, cleaned and performed some maintenance on the copier. It wasn't until the next day I discovered I wasn't able to scan documents in but John and another tech responded promptly again and we're good to go. Quick, courteous and respectful of property. Tracy from the help desk was very knowledgeable and our Tech Eric is the best! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and they always jump through hoops to make our process seamless. Anytime we're having an issue and we need to get a rush job out they always make it happen.
