Nate - the technician who has been to our office a couple times - is very friendly, informative and goes above and beyond to get our issues resolved as soon as he possibly can. He is BY FAR better than the previous technician we had come out.

The tech was so professional and helpful, he explained to us why we were having the problem and then after he fixed the machine, had us print and test till we were satified. He was very knowledgable.

The customer call rep was very respectful and kind when answering the phone and was bale to direct me to the right people on their team. The technician Nate, was also great and helpful with the printer assistance and stayed to make sure there weren't any issues.

The issue was handled quickly and I appreciate the in-depth answer we were given about what the fix was and what to look out for in the future.
