The service techs are always courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Never have any issues.

UBEO is so helpful and accommodating. Today, we had something to come up that requires us to move a large copier temporarily and it needed to be moved ASAP. I called expecting that it was too short of a notice but in a couple of hours the tech came out and made quick work of it.

Javier went above and beyond to take care of my issue

Randy’s great

We have received exceptional customer service from the time we talked to sales until now with service calls.

Robert is great to work with.

I work for a small city. We're slowly expanding our team and needed a printer moved from one building to another. The move was seamless! The technician that accompanied the delivery of the printer was patient and helpful in getting the printer online and functional before leaving. I appreciated Jim's help very much!

No complaints.
