Fast service and the techs are very friendly and knowledgeable

Every technician that I've worked with from Ricoh has been great. Don in particular is always professional, friendly and always completes the work in a timely manner.

There is a very quick service when it comes to what we need fixing. Jose normally comes to help us and he is great! Always makes sure we are taken care of.

We always get the same Tech and he always gets us going. Most of our issues are self inflicted.

Keeping my teacher happy is huge. A good part of their day requires a lot of printed paper. When a machine is down the teachers struggle and I hear about it. When I can't fix the problem, being able to call someone who can fix the problem is a big deal. Knowing that they are usually going to be there the next business day, keeps my teachers from struggling too long, and that keeps them happy.
