Very responsive and the problem is diagnosed and handled immediately. The only delay is if a part has to be ordered. The technicians (in this case, Ro) was very prompt and arrived during the estimated time frame she had confirmed by phone the afternoon before. Her service was thorough, explained what she found, how she resolved it, and left the copier area in pristine condition.
