The technician as well as the representative over the phone have always expressed professionalism and attentiveness to addressing issues with the copier.

The issue with the copier was with the scan option not functioning. The techniciam was able to go online and make changes and got us up and running quickly.

Issue is solved as soon as the technician calls me to determine if it can be resolved over the phone or to let me know the time to expect them at my office which usually is same day for the following day.
