Elliott is kind and efficient and a pleasure to work with. He was training a new person and it was fun to watch them interact. Because this was an annual service, Elliott had to come back with the parts needed to repair the parts revealed on the cleaning. He did so quickly and cleaned up after himself. Five stars!
