This is my first experience with UBEO, but I’ve dealt with other copier service companies. The efficiency of the help desk coupled with the quick response time of the technician exceeded my expectations. With other companies I would wait a minimum of twenty-four hours to get a technician to come check on the problem.

Technicians are generally very prompt and will take the time to explain the issue. If a device can't be repaired for whatever reason, they will explain why and what the alternatives are.
