From the initial phone call to the service technician, everyone is friendly and happy. Makes for a better experience. I have had to use their services a few times a year, I have always had a great work relationship with UBEO.

UBEO has been a stellar partner in supporting our products. Their dispatch team is sharp, communicative, flexible and offer quick turn around time to keep our production rolling and downtime to a minimum. The tech we work with most, Rick J., has been nothing short of incredible. His expertise has proven itself time and time again. Thanks, UBEO!
