Eric is very responsive and knowledgeable!

The people are all so nice and polite. They are excellent problem solvers.

My rep, Koko, stays in touch and we review my account as necessary. He just reached out to upgrade our printer, and the whole transaction was smooth and fast!

I love all your technicians. They are really experienced and super polite. I was super stressed and Brian really helped me a lot getting my fax/printer to work and then also cleaning it! He went above and beyond!

Randy (technician) was very knowledgeable and friendly, and was able to quickly address and solve our issues.

Quick easy and responsive, and professional

Always on time, professional & able to fix the issue

Spends time explaining the issue and stay with repair to make sure it is correct and follows up.
