Quick and easy to set up for the tech to come one site. He was courteous and quick once here. Minimal disruption to our work-flow, which is very important on a Monday.

The technicians are so polite, personable and technically proficient. They always cure the issue I have and go above and beyond.

My service technician Hao is the best. I call him "my" technician because he's the only person who has ever come to service our equipment and he is awesome! Polite, courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. He always makes sure I understand what he did during his visit and leaves things better than he found them. Never let him go!

The technician worked around a problem caused by a part which is no longer available.
