The service technician came very quickly after request. She was as nice as she could be. She told me what the problem was within 5 minutes of being here, she did what she said, and was out of here in 15-20 minutes. I am very impressed, and very pleased. I hope she will continue to service our area.

The technicians are always knowledgeable and friendly. They are always willing to show me what went wrong and offering ways to maintain the health of the machines. The help desk is always friendly and willing to help me with anything I need whether it's ordering supplies or discerning if a technician is needed.
