I called late in the day on a Friday and was told they could try to get someone out if not I will have to wait until Monday. I let the rep know we have a lot of airline contracts and they send faxes throughout the day and waiting until Monday would be rough. Shortly after I received a call from Bill who was very knowledgeable and walked me through the steps, when I at first could not get it working he worked through other options and stayed on the phone with me until I was able to get it working.
