Excellent customer service. I want to clarify the Technician not solving my problem on this last visit was not his fault. He did try and did everything he could. I did not really expect the Technician to be able to fix it, it is a color match printing issue. I think it is more software related than hardware. I am completely happy with Ubeo and their service at all levels.
