Mark H is very knowledgeable, and he is very good about telling me what the issue was and how it got resolved. He also makes the extra effort to come out the same day. Mark might have called to let me know he was on his way, but my computer phone doesn't always work properly. He is kind enough to answer his phone if I have questions about a printer.
