Quick, kind, knowledgeable. Three words that describe the amazing services provided. This is something that I could never say about our Xerox experience.

I've been working here for 11 years, and we have had the same technician all that time. He is fabulous! Always quick to respond, always able to take care of any issues, and always friendly and courteous. Believe me, I worked other offices for 35 years before coming here, and no other copier company compared with the service we get from UBEO.

Always knowledgeable in fixing issues, prompt, and helpful with answering any questions we may have to better utilize our printer.
