Initial contact with scheduler was excellent. She understood what I needed and was able to get the service technician here the same day. The technician actually smiled when he arrived. He listened to me - understood my problem and solved it. When finished he explained what was wrong in terms I understood. He also left the area cleaner than he had found it. Hopefully I will not have any problems with my copier but if I do, I will not hesitate to call.
