Our service technician is very friendly and very experienced. Contacts me when he is in route. Does a great job explaining the problem and solution, is neat, and cleans up when the job is finished. Highly recommend his services.

Our main technician, Randy, is very responsive and is always available for questions. He is very knowledgeable about our machines and is 100% willing to do research when there is something he has not encountered before. Our company is very pleased with UBEO and our tech(s)!

Always great service with UBEO

Every time I need service, whether on the phone or having someone come out, every person is professional and friendly. Y'all are very easy to work with on any issue needing your expertise.

Your techs are very professional they not only tell me what is wrong with the copier, they show me what went wrong and what to do if it happens again, like wiping down the glass because dirt does accumulate within the window. They make sure that I am satisfied and will give me a test page to make sure everything is working perfectly. You have a great team of techs, I have met several of them throughout the years of your service and all have been very polite and courteous.
