Technician was friendly, answered my questions and fixed the copier.

From start to finish the service provided was top notch! I’m not sure if the delivery guys names but they came right on time to deliver my printer and were very kind and respectful! Then the tech, Jonathon, came in shortly after and was awesome! My laptop was giving us some issues in order to connect to the new printer but between him and Mike they were able to work together to get the issues resolved and had me up and running within a reasonable time! Again, from start to finish it was a very pleasurable experience!

I like the fact that the technicians are very friendly and don't mind answering questions. Their dispositions are above reproach at being easy to communicate with, and with very warm friendly smiles. I like that the last young lady was very nice. She explained everything she did and said to feel free to call back if another problem arise. She was able to talk me through cleaning the small glass and it did remove the steaky lines. I appreciate her patience. It's a joy to find friendly people anymore. Keep up the great work.
