Shawn was great, he showed up and got right to work on our printer issue. He was thorough and worked along side other techs over the phone as it was something he had not seen before. With some out of the box thinking he was able to validate that there was some issues with our software. Helped educate us on what he learned while troubleshooting as well which was awesome!
