The employees were great at taking the time to make sure I understood all of the features on the machine. Curtis was who trained me, he was extremely knowledgeable and kind! He showed me the easiest ways to keep count of numbers, how to order supplies and the many other questions I had, he was able to answer. Also, Tekoa was the sales rep, and he was wonderful, didn't give that "salesman" vibe. So far, love the machine and the people.

Quick and complete service, every technician we've ever had come to our shop has done more than was part of the reason for the service call like cleaning off the glass, the rollers or just making sure we are changing our toner cartridges correctly

Randy is very quick to come assess our printer issues. We have a production printer and he keeps us up and running pretty quickly when we have something that needs fixing. He stays in communication with us so we know when to expect him, or if the issue can be resolved over a phone call he walks us through the necessary steps.

The Tech was in our parking lot before our office even opened. He got to work immediately once he was let in, completed the job promptly and the printer was ready to go in very short order. He's served us for several years and is very personable, knowledgeable and gets the job done.
